Accenture Technology Solutions – Czech Republic
Companies operating in the EU accession countries are facing a serious shortage of specific talents – especially those with an IT backround. Such conditions force companies to be constantly seeking new talents, and therefore invest wisely in recruitment marketing.
Just across the border, in the Czech Republic, we conducted another Accenture campaign - for its Accenture Technology Solutions Centre located in Brno. Again, the primary target group consisted of fresh graduates.
We implemented visuals and messaging, and created a media mix focused on IT students and professionals. Besides the "regular" online and offline media channels (PR articles, banners, ads in IT and student magazines), we also conducted some guerrilla activities right in Brno and vicinity, including posters, leaflets and, of course, the popular “mind-refreshing” mints. The www.accenture.cz/brno website was promoted in all communication channels in order to provide comprehensive information on ATS, job opportunities and applying online.
